  I own a 2007 Yaris four-door sedan. It now has 25k miles on it and I have repeatedly (at least 20 times) checked its mileage in all kinds of weather and driving situations. I have NEVER gotten under 40mpg, and on most long trips (i.e. highway driving) I register 46+mpg. My most recent reading with three occupants, heavy luggage in trunk, AC running, and averaging 65mph, I got 46.5 mpg. I often look at the sticker predictions on mileage, and they are always much lower than what I get, even when I rig the car with Michelin X-ice tires for winter.
